Sweet Orange-Glazed Salmon

1 tablespoon | pure Wesson canola oil |
4 | Salmon fillets |
1/2 cup | LaChoy Sweet and Sour Sauce |
1/3 cup | orange marmalade |
1/4 cup | water |
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium- high heat. Add salmon, skin side up,cook 2 min or until browned. Reduce heat to medium. Turn salmon over and cook 6 min more or until fish flakes easily with fork, (145degrees) Do not overcook.
2. Stir together sweet and sour sauce,marmalade and water in a small bowl. Pour over salmon,cook until bubbly.
