    1 lb  ground meat,, (chicken, turkey, beef, or pork)
    4-5 slices  bacon
    1-11.5 oz can  V-8, (low sodium or reg. just adjust salt accordingly)
    1/2 or 1 medium  onion diced
    1 tsp.  minced garlic or 3 whole smashed cloves
    1 tsp  dried thyme or Italian seasoning
    1/2 cup  red wine
    1/2 cup  whole milk
    2-3 T  olive oil
    3-4 T  butter

Cook onions in Olive oil for 5-10 minutes Until translucent season with pinch of salt.

Add meat and cook until most of water is cooked off.

Add V-8, garlic, butter, thyme and cook until most moisture is gone. Add wine cook until moisture is gone. Add milk cook until thickened.

ADD 1 C BEEF BROTH AND 1 T TOMATO PASTE?
