Ingredients
      Brownies, optional
    8 oz  unsweetened chocolate
    2 oz  bittersweet chocolate
12 Tbsn unsalted butter, cut into chunks
    1/2 cup  milk
    2 cups  sugar
1 tspn vanilla extract
    4 large  eggs
    1 cup  flour
1/4 tspn baking powder 1/2 tspn salt (Raspberries swirl)
    2 cups  raspberries, lightly mashed
2-3 Ozs. Dark Rum
    1/2 Cup  sugar
    1/4 Cup  water
(Goat Cheese Topping)
    8 oz  goat cheese
    8 oz  cream cheese
2 Tbsn unsalted butter
    1  egg
    1/4 cup  sugar
1/2 tspn almond extract Preparation 1. Allow the following to soften at room temperature: Cream Cheese, Goat Cheese and butter 2. Heat the oven to 350ºF 3. lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan (or any 3-quart dish) with butter and light flour or baking spray. 4. Allow all eggs to come to room temperature Instructions (Raspberries swirl) 1. Take raspberries in a medium pan, stir water and sugar over medium heat. 2. Stir and partially smash raspberries and add Rum 3. Allow to reduce to a coarse syrup like consistency 4. Place in bowl, let cool and set aside.
      Brownies,, (cheat by using store bought/mix)

5. Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
6. Remove from the heat, whisk in milk, set aside and let cool.
7. In a clean bowl add sugar, vanilla and stir.
8. Stir in the eggs one by one.
9. Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.
10. Separate about half of raspberries mixture, melted chocolate and fold into the brownies batter.
11. Spread the brownie batter in the prepared pan and at aside.
(Goat Cheese Topping)
12. Using a stand mixer (or with hand beaters) cream the goat cheese with the cream cheese. Add butter, egg, sugar, and almond extract until mixture is completely incorporated.
13. Spread the Goat cheese topping over the brownie batter.
14. Drop remaining raspberries mixture randomly over goat cheese topping in heaping spoonfuls.
15 Swirl it through the batter with a knife. (Don't over swirl)
16. Bake for 30 minutes or until just barely set. Top will just be turning light brown. Let cool for at least 30 min. before cutting into squares.

Hint: Recommend to let them rest overnight. Options add black walnuts(or your favorite nuts)
