| 1/4 cup | chopped fresh cilantro |

| Stir cabbage & dressing together, garnish with cucumber Lime & Garlic Dressing Whisk together: | |
| ½ cup | salad oil |
| ½ cup | lime juice |
| 2 cloves | garlic minced |
Can make salad ahead, just cover & refrigerate up to 2 days.
