    2 lbs  stewing beef cubed
    1  onion sliced
    1/2 tsp  garlic
    1/2 cup  ketchup
    2 tbsp  Worcestershire
    1 tbsp  brown sugar
    1/2 tsp  salt
    2 tsp  paprika
    1/2 tsp.  dry mustard
    1 cup  cold water
    1/4 cup  flour
    1/2 cup  water

1. Place meat in slow cooker. Add onion.
2. Combine garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire, brown sugar, salt, paprika, mustard and 1 cup water. Pour over meat.
3. Cover. Cook on low for 8 hours.
4. Dissolve flour in 1/2 cup water. Stir in meat mixture. Cook n high until thickened. About 10 min.
5. Serve over noodles or potatoes.
