Banana and Bread Pudding

| 11/2 cups | coconut milk or 1 can big |
| 1/4 cup | sugar |
| 1/2 cup | condensed milk |
| 1 | egg |
| 10 slices | white bread, (cut) |
| 4 | ripe banana, (slice and divide into 2) and soak with Lemon |
| Lemon, to prevent banana from browning | |
| sugar , for sprincle |
Prehaet oven to 350
Grease baking pan
beat the egg
Mix all wet ingredients
soak with the bread
divide into two
layer the first half
top with banana
layer the 2nd half
top with the rest of the banana
Sprincle sugar on top.
baked for 45 minute and swicth to broal to caramelized sugar.
Let it cool.
Variation: you can used jackfruit.
