Roasted chickpeas honey

2 tsp | oil |
1 tbsp | sugar |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
1 tbsp | honey |
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Rinse and pat dry beans. Toss in oil sugar and cinnamon. Roast for 30-40 min tossing every 10 min. Try and roast as dry as possible closer to 40 min but watch cuz they can burn.
3. Once roasted toss in honey right away. Put back n cookie sheet and let dry 1-3 hours depending on how big of a batch because this can be easily doubled or tripled. 4 servings 170 cals. 18 carbs. 3.5g fibre 5g protein
