|12 large||organic brown eggs|
|1 1/2 cup||asparagus|
|1 cup sharp cheddar cheese ? grated|
|1||red or orange pepper|
|2||fresh rosemary leaves|
|1 cup||chopped broccoli|
Heat your iron skillet. Chop up your veggies while you wait for pan to heat.
Saute your olive oil, onion, red pepper, freshly ground pepper, sea salt, celery, asparagus and broccoli, then add fresh chopped rosemary leaves.
Add eggs and cheese and stir into the sautéed veggies.
Cook in preheated oven 350 degrees. About 20 minutes or until done.
