CREAM CHEESE TARTS 3-packages of 8 oz. Cream Cheese
    1-Cup  Sugar
5-Eggs
    1-teaspoon  Vanilla
BEAT WELL Use Foil Cupcake baking cups-Fill ¾ full Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes Meanwhile mix together- 1 pint (16 oz.) of Sour Cream
    ½-Cup  Sugar
    ½-teaspoon  Vanilla

Leave oven on and spoon SourCream mixture on baked tarts- put back in oven and bake for 5 more minutes. Let cool.

TOP with pie filling ( I use Comstock) Cherry.

Makes about 30 cups of cakes.

Be generous with the sour cream-there is plenty.
