CREAM CHEESE TARTS 3-packages of 8 oz. Cream Cheese | |
1-Cup | Sugar |
5-Eggs | |
1-teaspoon | Vanilla |
BEAT WELL Use Foil Cupcake baking cups-Fill ¾ full Bake at 300 degrees for 40 minutes Meanwhile mix together- 1 pint (16 oz.) of Sour Cream | |
½-Cup | Sugar |
½-teaspoon | Vanilla |
Leave oven on and spoon SourCream mixture on baked tarts- put back in oven and bake for 5 more minutes. Let cool.
TOP with pie filling ( I use Comstock) Cherry.
Makes about 30 cups of cakes.
Be generous with the sour cream-there is plenty.
