Carrot soup

1 small | onion |
2 tbs | butter or margerine |
2 cups | carrots, (~1 lb) chopped |
2 tbs | cooking wine |
3 cup | water |
3 tbs | chicken bouillon |
1/2 tsp | salt |
Dash | pepper |
1 cup | whipping cream |
Soften onion in margerine
Add carrots and wine
Add water, boullion, salt and pepper
Boil 30 min or til soft.
Blend until smooth
Whip cream til forms stiff peaks.
Mix into carrots
*Sometimes I grate the carrots prior to cooking
