Zesty Ranch Potato Salad

| 4 lbs. | new potatoes, rinsed, boiled, and quartered |
| 1-1/2 c. | chopped celery |
| 2 tsp. | minced thyme |
| 1 tbsp. | miced chives |
| 2 c. | chopped parsley |
| 2 bunches | green onions, chopped |
| 4 | hard-boiled eggs |
Directions:
- in a large bowl combine all the ingredients together with ranch dressing
- toss well and serve
