French Dip Sandwiches

1 bottom round beef rump roast (3 lbs.)
    1/2 tsp.  garlic salt
    1/2 tsp.  black pepper
    3 medium  onions, sliced
    1 can  beef broth
    3 tbsp.  worcestershire sauce

6 hoagie rolls

Directions:
- place onions in bottom of crockpot
- add beef broth and worcestershire sauce
- rub the roast with garlic salt and pepper and place on top of onions in crockpot
- cook on low for 8 hours or high for 6 hours
Once it is cooked:
- remove roast from crockpot and cut horizontally in half, then crosswise into slices
- strain the liquid from the crockpot into a bowl and save the onions
- top each hoagie with the beef and some of the onions, sauce on the side is for dipping
