French onion soup slow cooker

8-10 | onions sliced |
1/2 cup | butter or marg |
6-10 1/2 ounce cans | beef broth |
1 1/2 tsp | Worcestershire |
3 | bay leaves |
French bread slices |
Grated parm and or grated mozzarella
1. Sauté onions in butter until crisp-tender. Transfer to slow cooker.
2. Add broth, Worcestershire and bay leaves.
3. Cover. Cook on low 5-7 hours or until onions are tender. Discard bay leaves.
4. Ladle into bowls. Top each with toasted bread and cheese
