Chicken Corn Soup

2 | chicken breast cubed |
1 | onion chopped |
1 garlic clove minced | |
2 | carrots diced |
2 celery ribs chopped | |
2 medium | potatoes cubed |
1 tsp | mixed dried herbs |
1/3 cup | tomato sauce |
12 ounce | can cream style corn |
14 ounce can | whole corn |
3 cups | chicken stock |
1/4 cup | chopped Italian parsley |
1 tsp | salt |
1/4 tsp | pepper |
1. Combine all ingredients except parsley, salt and pepper.
2. Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours or until chicken is tender.
3. Add parsley and seasonings 30 min before serving
