COCKTAIL - RUM - Mai Tai

Rock 'n' Roll Mai Tai Recipe courtesy Guy Fieri Ingredients | |
4 | fresh blackberries |
2 ounces | guava nectar |
2 ounces | pineapple juice |
2 ounces | white rum, such as Sammy's Beach Bar Rum |
1/2 ounce | ginger liqueur, such as Canton's, or ginger syrup |
1/2 ounce | fresh lime juice |
3 dashes | Angostura bitters |
Ice | |
Cherry, for garnish |
Directions
In a mixing glass, muddle the blackberries, and then add the guava nectar, pineapple juice, white rum, ginger liqueur, lime juice and bitters. Add ice, shake and serve over crushed ice and finish with a cherry on top.
