Ingredients
    20 g  butter
    One large  onion approximately 200 g finely chopped
Four rashes of bacon chopped
    1 teaspoon  human
    1.2 kg  pumpkin peeled and chopped
    1.25 L  chicken stock
    Half a cup  cream

Method
Heat butter in pain, cook onions and bacon, staring until onion is soft. Ed human, cook staring for one minutes. Add pumpkin and stock, simmer covered for about 25 minutes or until pumpkin is soft. Blend or process pumpkin mixture in batches until smooth. Return to clean the pan, stir over heat until heated through. Just before serving stir through cream.
