Ingredients:
    24 ounces  cod fillets
    2 tbs  olive oil
    3/4 cup  seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 cup  chopped parsley
    3 tbsp  lemon juice
    1 clove  garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp  salt
    1/4 tsp  dried oregano

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray
Place the cod on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between the pieces. Combine the bread crumbs, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt and oregano in a bowl,using your fingertips to mix so the crumbs are thoroughly moistened with the oil.

Press the mixture lightly on the top of the fish. Bake 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork
