| 3 oz. | pkg. orange jello |
| 1/2 t. | salt |
| 1 c. | boiling water |
| 8 oz. | crushed pineapple |
| 1 T. | lemon juice |
| 1 c. | grated carrot |
Dissolve jello and salt in water.
Add pineapple (including juice) and
lemon juice. Add carrots. Chill until set.
