Bacon Pancakes

| 1/2 lb. | bacon |
| 3/4 cup | flour |
| 1 cup | milk |
| 2 | eggs |
| 2 tablespoon | bacon grease |
Preheat oven to 350°
Fry bacon until crispy. In 9 x 13-inch pan, pour in bacon grease. Crumble bacon into pan and spread evenly. Mix together flour, milk, eggs. Pour over bacon. Bake for 30 minutes.
Serve with butter and syrup.
