Great use for 2day old bread |
Cut slices of bread inti 1/2 or 1inch cubes ( your choice)
In a large shallow roasting pans toast bread crumbs in 300 oven for 45 minutes stirring every 15 minutes . Remove from oven.
Drizzle on 1/3 olive (fruity )oil or good quality vegetable oil. Then sprinkle on everyday Seasoning ( herb section) or your favorite seasoning mix. Toss lightly to coat cubes. Store in covered container. Will keep well for 3 to4 weeks.
