Chinese Chicken Salad

cooked, chicken, cut or shred into bite size pieces | |
Sliced iceberg lettuce | |
sliced cabbage | |
toasted almonds, (its worth taking the time to toast them, adds so much more flavor) | |
chow mien doodles | |
chopped green onions | |
chopped cilantro Dressing: | |
2 TB | sugar |
1 tsp | dry mustard |
2 TB | sesame oil |
4 tsp | soy sauce |
6 TB | rice vinegar |
1/2 | vegetable oil |
In large bowl add above ingredients and pour dressing over all. Mix gently and enjoy.
