VELVEETA - LO-CHICKEN & LO-BLACK BEAN & CORN SALSA - Tostito Soup :]>

TOSTITO SOUP | |
1 14.5 ounce can | chicken broth |
1 15 ounce can | ranch style beans |
1 10 3/4 ounce can | rotel tomatoes, (sub. 1/2 cupish Matao Salso) |
1 10 3/4 ounce can | cream of chicken soup |
2 | chicken breasts, cooked and cut in bite sized pieces (used chicken smoked on the BGE) |
1/2 pound | cheese, velveeta (small package) |
2 cups | left over black bean, corn salsa |
Mix all ingredients together and heat, pour over tortilla chips. Easy and good. If doubling, and you are serving the faint of heart, you might want to use at least one can of mild rotel, unless you like it really hot.
