Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients | |
1/2 cup | butter |
8 ounces | cream cheese |
1 teaspoon | vanilla extract |
4 cups | icing sugar |
1 to 4 tablespoons | heavy cream |
Method
1. Cream butter in large mixing bowl
2. Add cream cheese and blend until combined
3. Add vanilla extract and icing sugar and blend on low speed until combined
4. Increase to medium speed four 5 minutes to get fluffy.
5. Slowly add the heavy cream, a little bit at a time, until desired consistency is met.
6. Beat until fluffy, approximately 1 minutes.
