2 cups | firmly packed brown sugar |
1 cup | sugar |
1 cup | half & half |
1/2 | butter |
2 cups | marshmallow cream |
1 1/2 cups | chocolate chips |
1 1/2 cups | butterscotch chips, (must be good quality) |
2 cups | chopped nuts |
1 teaspoon | vanilla |
Combine brown sugar, sugar, half & half and butter in a large, heavy saucepan. Cook to 234 degrees. Remove from heat, let bubbles subside. Add marshmallow cream, chocolate and butterscotch chips. Stir until well blended. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Pat Ito a buttered 9 inch square pan. Cut into squares when cool.
