I love french fries, and these don't have all the fat that's normally involved, and they're just as flavorful. For a nice crunch, put the cooked fries under the broiler for a few seconds. Photo: Mitch Mandel INGREDIENTS Serves: Prep: 5min Cook: 20min Total: 25min | |
2 large | russet potatoes, sliced into 1/4"-thick lengthwise strips |
1 | egg white, lightly beaten |
1/4 teaspoon | paprika |

DIRECTIONS Preheat the oven to 400°F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Brush the potatoes with the egg white. Sprinkle with the paprika.
