Green chili egg puff

3/4 | all-purpose flour |
1 1/2 tsp | baking powder |
9 | eggs |
1 lb (16 oz) | shredded Monterey Jack Cheese |
2 c (1 pt) | 1% cottage cheese |
2 cans (4 oz each) | diced green chilies, drained |
1 1/2 tsp | sugar |
1/2 tsp | salt |
1/8 tsp | hot pepper sauce |
1 cup | salsa and, or sour cream |
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 13x9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine flour and baking powder in a small bowl.
Whisk eggs in large bowl until blended; add Monterey Jack, cottage cheese, chilies, sugar, salt and hot pepper sauce. Add flour mixture; stir just until combined. Pour into prepared dish.
Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes or until egg mixture is set. let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Serve with salsa &/or sour cream.
