Apple Leather

1 tbsp. | sugar |

1/8 tsp. | fruit leather |
1. Turn oven on to 150 f. Mix ingredients together. Line a 10x15 inch jelly roll pan with plastic wrap. Using water in between the plastic wrap and pan will help plastic stick. Spread mixture evenly. Place in oven. Will take 7 hours to dry. Turn pan after3 to 4 hours. Cool for 5 min. Roll up cover with plastic wrap.
Variations: can drain to cans, 14 ounces of peaches and purée in blender
