Pork chops in a dark sauce

| 1. 1 tbsp. oil 6 pork chops trimmed of cat 2. 1 cup peeled and chopped onions 3. 1/2 cup ketchup | |
| 1/4 cup | brown sugar |
| 3 tbsp. | vinegar |
| 1 tbsp. | soy sauce |
| 1/2 tsp. | salt |
| 1/8 tsp. | pepper |
1. Turn oven to 350f. Put oil in frying pan and heat to medium. Brown on each side. Transfer to baking pan
2. Scatter onions in top.
3. Measure rest of ingredients pour over chops and onions. Bake for 1 hour.
