1 Graham Cracker Crust | |
3 - 8 oz pkgs. | Cream Cheese |
1 1/2 c | Sugar |
1 tbsp | Cornstarch |
1 tbsp | Vanilla |
1 tsp | Vanilla |
2 c | Sour Cream |
1) Press crust into 9-inch spring pan or 9 inch square pan.
2) Mix cream cheese, 1 c sugar, cornstarch, and 1 tbsp vanilla.
3) Pour into crust.
4) Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
5) Cool 5 minutes.
6) Increase oven heat to 400°F.
7) Mix 1/2 c sugar, sour cream, and 1 tsp vanilla.
8) Pour over cheese mixture.
9) Bake 10 minutes.
10) Cool and store in refrigerator.
