Linguine with shrimp and pinenuts

12 oz | shrimp |
1 1/4 cups | Chicken broth |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
1/4 tsp | salt |
1/4 cup | pinenuts |
2 cloves | minced garlic |
Olive oil | |
4 oz | fresh mushrooms |
1tbsp | butter |
4 cups | baby spinach |
1/4 cup | grated asiago |
1/4 tsp | red pepper flakes |
Combine broth lemon juice salt and crushed red pepper in a bowl
Cook shrimp and pine nuts and garlic in hot oil in a skillet, remove from skillet
Add mushroom and butter to skillet fir about 3 minutes then add the bowl contents and bring to a boil for 5 minutes uncovered, then put shrimp mix back in
Pour skilletcontents over linguine
