| 1/2lb. | sliced deli salami |
| 1/2 lb. | sliced provolone cheese |
| 1/2lb. | Sliced deli ham |
| 7 | eggs, ( save one) |
| 1cup | grated Parmesan cheese |
| 2- 12 jars | roasted red peppers, (drained) |
Grease 9-12 glass dish w/cooking spray
Unroll 1pkg.&line bottom of pan pinch seams together
Cover w/half salami - provolone & ham
Beat 6 eggs &cheese together -pour half evenly over top
Top with half of the peppers
Repeat layers of salami -cheese -ham &egg mixture &peppers
Top with pkg of rolls
Lightly beat remaining egg &brush over top
Cover with foil -bake 30 mins 350
Uncover & bake 30 more mins
Coll one hr cut into squares and serve
