    1 lb  old cheddar grated
    1 can (385 ml)  evaporated milk
    3 tbsp.  sugar
    1 tbsp.  flour
    1 tsp.  dry mustard
    1 tbsp.  white vinegar
    1/2 tsp.  salt
    1/4 tsp.  Worcestershire
    1/4 tsp.  molasses

1. Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler. Cook until cheese melts. Stir constantly. Remove from heat and beat with electric mixer until smooth. Store in fridge.
