1 lb | old cheddar grated |
1 can (385 ml) | evaporated milk |
3 tbsp. | sugar |
1 tbsp. | flour |
1 tsp. | dry mustard |
1 tbsp. | white vinegar |
1/2 tsp. | salt |
1/4 tsp. | Worcestershire |
1/4 tsp. | molasses |
1. Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler. Cook until cheese melts. Stir constantly. Remove from heat and beat with electric mixer until smooth. Store in fridge.
