3/4 cup | butter |
1 | egg yolk |
1/2 cup | sugar |
1 1/2 cups | flour |
Pinch | salt |

1. Cream butter, sugar and egg yolk. Then flour and salt. Knead together. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Break off walnut size pieces, roll into balls. Make indentation and fill with jam. Bake at 350 f for 12-15 min until light brown.
