Big Pot of Farina

6 cups | water |
3/4 tsp | salt |
1 1/2 cups | wheat farina |
Bring water and salt to a boil. Whisk in dry farina so it doesn't lump. Lower heat to simmer so farina doesn't splatter all over. If you get hit by hot farina splatter it will hurt.
Variations: You can use 1/2 water 1/2 milk, add sugar before it thickens, things like this. My husband likes to add things like cheese and salsa (don't add sugar if you have a cheese and salsa guy)
