Garlic and Parsley Mashed Potatoes

750g | red potatoes unpeeled cut into chunks |
2 tbsp. | Barcelona 64% less |
2 cloves | garlic |
1/4 cup | milk |
2 tbsp. | chopped parsley |
1 in saucepan add potatoes and cover with water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce and simmer for 20 min. Drain.
2. In same pan melt bevel and cook garlic stirring one min.
3. Return potatoes. Add rest of ingredients and mash. Serves 4.
