Corn Chowder

1 cup | diced potatoes |
1/4 cup | sliced carrots |
1/4 cup | chopped onion |
1 cup | water |
Sprinkle | celery salt |
1/2 tsp. | salt |
1/8 tsp. | pepper |
2 tbsp. | flour |
1 cup | milk |
1/4 cup | grated parm |
1 cup | cream of corn |
1. Place first 7 ingredients in saucepan. Cover. Simmer for 15-20 min until tender.
2. Mix flour with park of milk until smooth. Add rest of milk. Stir into boiling vegetables and cook until thickened.
3. Add parm and corn. Stir. Heat until cheese is melted. Serves 2. 329 cals each.
