Creamy Caulifower Soup

1 cup | water |
2 1/2 cups | cauliflower chopped |
1/3 cup | chopped onion |
1/2 tsp. | chicken bouillon |
1/8 tsp. | salt |
1/16 tsp. | pepper |
1 cup | milk |
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in saucepan. Cover. Cook for 10-12 min until tender.
2. Stir in milk. Pour into blender. Process until smooth. Return to saucepan. Heat through. Makes 2 servings. 109 cals each
Variation: add 2 tbsp grated sharp cheddar cheese to make cheese cauliflower soup.
