Cream puffs

1/4 cup | water |
2 tbsp. | butter |
1/16 tsp. | salt |
1/4 cup | flour |
1 | egg |
1/4 cup | whip cream |
1/2 tsp. | sugar |
1/8 tsp. | vanilla |
Sprinkle | icing sugar |
1. Heat first 3 ingredients in small saucepan until boiling.
2. Add flour all at once. Stir until a ball forms and pulls away from the side of the pans. Remove from heat.
3. Add egg. Beat well. Drop by spoonfuls into 2 heaps onto greased baking sheet. Bake in 425 f oven for about 30 min until they look dry. Cool.
4. Beat cream, sugar and vanilla in small bowl until thick. Cut tops of cream puffs almost off. Fill with whipping cream. Replace tops. Dust with icing sugar. Makes 2. 221 cals each. Can also divide dough to make 12 mini ones. Bake 20 min.
