Whipped Shortbread

| 1 1/2 cups | flour |
| 1/4 cup | cornstarch |
| 1/2 cup | icing sugar |
| 1 cup | butter |
| 1/2 tsp. | vanilla |
1. Have ingredients at room temperature
2. Beat all ingredients together until batter looks like whipped cream.
3. Drop from tsp on cookie sheet. Bake at 325 until golden brown.
