Rolled Chocolate Shortbread

1 cup | butter |
1/2 cup | icing sugar |
1/4 cup | cocoa |
1 3/4 cup | flour |
1. Beat butter and icing sugar in large bowl until smooth. Add cocoa. Beat well.
2. Add flour in 2 additions, mixing well after each addition until no dry flour remains. Knead dough if necessary to incorporate flour. Divide dough into 2 equal portions. Roll out each portion on lightly floured surface to 1/4 inch think. Cut out cookies and arrange about 2 in apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 325 f oven for 12 min until firm. Let stand for 5 min. Makes about 36 cookies. 79 cals each.
