Glazed Coffee Balls

2 cups | graham cracker crumbs |
1/2 cup | icing sugar |
1/2 cup | chopped pecans |
1/2 cup | hot water |
2 tbsp | margarine |
1 tsp. | instant coffee |
COFFEE GLAZE | |
3 cups | icing sugar |
3 tbsp. | margarine |
1/4 cup | cold strong coffee |
1. Combine graham crumbs, icing sugar and pecans in medium bowl.
2. Stir hot water, margarine and coffee granules in 2 cup liquid measure Neil margarine is melted and coffee granules are dissolved. Add to crumb mixture. Mix well. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place on wax paper lined cookie sheets.
3. Coffee Glaze: beat first 3 ingredients in a small bowl, adding more icing sugar or coffee if necessary until barely pourable consistency. Makes about 1 1/2 cups glaze. Place 1 ball on top of fork. Dip into glaze until coated place on same waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Repeat with remaining balls and glaze.
4. Sprinkle with pecans. Let stand until set. May be chilled to speed setting. Makes about 36 balls
