Pecan Balls (snowball cookies)

1 cup | margarine |
1/2 cup | icing sugar |
2 tsp. | vanilla |
2 1/4 cups | flour |
1/2 cup | icing sugar |
1. Beat margarine, first amount of icing sugar and vanilla in large bowl until smooth.
2. Add flour in 2 additions, mixing well after each addition until no dry flour remains. Add pecans. Mix well. Roll into 1 inch balls. Arrange about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in 325 f oven for about 20 min until golden. Let stand for 5 min until cool enough to handle.
3. Roll each ball in second amount of icing sugar in small bowl until coated. Place on waxed paper. Cool. Makes 66 balls.
