Mettere in una casseruola 2 grosse patate spellate e tagliate in piccoli pezzi, olio, un dato e pomodoro (2 cucchiai di salsa o 1 di concentrato). Il tutto ricoperto d'acqua.
Far cuocere a fuoco medio alto per circa 30 minuti finché si asciuga e amalgama il tutto e le patate si ammorbidiscono.
