Turkey Panini Sandwich
Nb persons: 4
2 tbsp | fat free Mayonnaise |
4 tsp | basil pesto |
8 oz | turkey breast, (cooked and sliced) |
8 | sourdough bread, (thin sliced) |
2 oz | Provolone cheese, (thin sliced) |
8 slices | tomato slices |
?Combine mayonnaise and pesto, and stir well.
?Spread 1 tablespoon of this mixture on each of 4 slices
?Place 2 oz of sliced turkey on each slice of bread
?Place 2 slices of tomato on top of the turkey
?Finally top off the Turkey Panini with another slice of bread
?Preheat grill pan or skillet on medium heat, coated with non-stick cooking spray
?Cook 3 minutes each side or until the desired golden brown
