    2 oz pkgs  cream cheese
    1  egg
    2 cups  flour
    1 cup  sugar
1 1/2 teas baking powder 1/2 teas baking soda 1/2 teas salt
    3/4 cup  apple juice
    1/4 cup  melted butter
    1  beaten egg
    1 1/2 cups  coarsely chopped fresh cranberries
    1/2 cup  chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bottom only of a 9x5x2 loaf pan. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add 1 egg and blend well. Lightly spoon flour and level off. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir in apple juice, butter, and beaten egg. Fold in cranberries and nuts. Spoon batter into prepared pan. Spoon cream cheese evenly over batter. Top with remaining batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 65-75 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched in center. Cool 15 minutes. Wrap tightly store in refrigerator.
