Blueberry Muffins

1 3/4 cups | flour |
1Tb | baking powder |
2Tb | sugar |
Pinch | salt |
3 eggs slightly beaten | |
1/4 cup | milk |
5Tb | butter melted |
2 cups | blueberries |
2 Tb | vanilla sugar |
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine flour, baking powder, 2 Tb sugar and salt in a bowl set aside. In another bowl, mix the eggs, milk, and melted butter until well blended. Add the liquid to the dry ingredients and mix until just moistened. Fold in the blueberries. Insert paper cups into muffin tin. Fill the cups up to the top with batter. Sprinkle generously with the vanilla sugar. Reduce oven to 400 degrees. Bake on middle shelf for 20-25 minutes.
