2. pollo spellato e a piccoli pezzi
3. mettere a cuocere il pollo in padella
4. fare rosolare il pollo molto, ma molto bene

6. aggiungere salsa di pomodoro o concentrato
7. fare cuocere a fuoco lento per circa 40 minuti

9. servire su un letto di fette di pane fini e tostate
