1/2 cup | coconut |
6 tablespoons | sugar |
1 | egg |
3 tablespoons | unsweetened cocoa |
1/2 cup | oatmeal |
1/2 teaspoon | vanilla |
1 1/2 - 2 cups | graham cracker crumbs |
Over low heat (I usually use a double boiler to avoid burning) to melt butter. Add cocoa, sugar, egg and vanilla. Blend in other ingredients. Spread in a 8 x8 inch pan. Second Layer: | |

3 tablespoons | milk |
2 tablespoons | custard powder |
2 cups | powdered sugar |
Blend ingredients together. Spread over bottom layer. Third Layer: | |
2 tablespoons | butter |
2 oz. | semisweet chocolate chips |
Melt together in double boiler. Spread on scenes layer. Chill and cut into squares.
