Aroma arancia se si vuole
Nella planetaria (frusta K) inserire zucchero e tuorli, quando è sciolto e ben amalgamato aggiungere burro a temperatura ambiente e far girare fino a che nn è ben mescolato. Aggiungere farina e mescolare.
Nn lavorare troppo con le mani.
