      olive oil
mince onions dice cube beef
      red wine
    1 can  beef broth
      dried thyme
      salt
      pepper
      celery
      carrots
First, on a hot pan put oil add onions, (saute) then, put the beef. (make it brown) put salt & pepper
      red wine, and beef broth (mixed) bring to boil and simmer.

Then, put the carrots and celery. simmer
